Approving the Petition to establish the Downtown Kansas City Community Improvement District; approving the City’s inclusion within the signatories of the petition; establishing the Downtown Kansas City Community Improvement District, generally bounded by I-70 on the north, I-670 on the south, I-29 on the west and I-70 on the east in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri; and directing the City Clerk to report the creation of the District to the Missouri Department of Economic Development.
