Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Neighborhood Initiative Grant for Columbus Park Project; authorizing a contract with the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority for implementation of the grant; estimating revenue in the amount of $496,750.00 in the Econ Dev Initiative-HUD Grant Fund; appropriating it to the Columbus Park Neigh Init.-EDI account of the Econ Dev Initiative-HUD Grant Fund; and designating requisitioning authority.

Stewart Billington, Housing and Community Development, gave the pesentation. A committee substitute that would change the money amount of the ordinance.

RESOLUTION - Approving the 2004-2008 Consolidated Plan and 2004 Housing and Community Development Action Plan, authorizing the Mayor to execute and submit the Plan to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development; and certifying that the Action Plan has been prepared and submitted in accordance with the Department rules and regulations.
