ORDINANCE NO. 120165

 

Authorizing the Director of Water Services to execute a 15-year Lease Agreement with the Port Authority of Kansas City, Missouri for the lease of real property along the Missouri River to begin operation of an industrial and commercial port, located in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute a 15-year Lease Agreement with the Port Authority of Kansas City, Missouri for lease of real property along the Missouri River to begin operation of an industrial and commercial port, located in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. A copy of the Lease Agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.
