Authorizing a five year Lease with CoSentry, LLC at the Kansas City International Airport.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to enter into a five year with 2 five year options to renew Lease with CoSentry, LLC at the Kansas City International Airport for 27,137 square feet of interior space and 321,550 square feet of exterior space specifically at 10801 N. Amity Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri 64153. A copy of the Lease is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
