ORDINANCE NO. 120470

 

Authorizing the execution of a five year terminal lease with SITA, S.C. for communications equipment at Kansas City International Airport.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a five year Terminal Lease with five one-year options to renew with SITA, S.C. at Kansas City International Airport for equipment for ACARS (air to ground) communications for SITA member airline tenants. A copy of the lease is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
