the developer submit covenants, conditions and restrictions to the Law Department
for approval, if applicable.
20. That
the developer contribute $5,056.74 in lieu of parkland dedication for 37
multi-family units (37 x 2 x .006 x $11,389.05) in satisfaction of Section
66-128 of the Subdivision Regulations.

the developer submit a landscape and architectural plan to the Director of City
Development for approval, including detailed information on landscaping,
