Estimating revenue, reducing appropriations, and appropriating $479,511.00 in the Community Development Block Grant Fund; and estimating revenue and appropriating $237,639.00 in the Home Investment Partnership Grant Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That revenue is estimated in the following account in the Community Development Block Grant Fund:

 

11-2600-550001-477150-G55CDBG10 CDBG $334,511.00

 

Section 2. That the appropriation in the following account of the Community Development Block Grant Fund is reduced by the following amount:

 

11-2600-555300-B-G55CDBG10 Historic Surveys $145,000.00

 

Section 3. That $479,511.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the Community Development Block Grant Fund to the following accounts in the Community Development Block Grant Fund:

 

11-2600-555317-B-G55CDBG10 Housing Development $ 8,890.00

11-2600-575300-A-G57CDBG10 Planning and Public Service 108,188.00

11-2600-545310-A-G54CDBG10 Economic Development 112,450.00

11-2600-545310-B-G54CDBG10 Economic Development 104,983.00

11-2600-645300-B-G64CDBG10 Historic Surveys 145,000.00

TOTAL $479,511.00

 

Section 4. That revenue is estimated in the following account in the HOME Investment Partnership Grant Fund:

 

11-2940-550001-476050-G55HOME10 HOME $237,639.00

 

Section 5. That $237,639.00 is appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the HOME Investment Partnership Grant Fund to the following accounts in the HOME Investment Partnership Grant Fund:

 

11-2940-555300-A-G55HOME10 Administration $ 23,764.00

11-2940-555315-B-G55HOME10 Home Ownership

Assistance 213,875.00

TOTAL $237,639.00

 

 

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
