ORDINANCE NO. 040041

 

Accepting a Missouri Special Warranty Deed from Hunt Midwest Real Estate, Inc., conveying to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, certain property in Clay County, Missouri, for public use for Fire Station No. 14 and directing the City Clerk to file same.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the deed at Book 4457, page 845, conveying property to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, for public use purposes as part of Fire Station No. 14 and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, is hereby accepted, and is legally described as follows::

 

Tract C, North Brighton Commerce Center Second Plat, a subdivision in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof.

 

Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record a copy of this ordinance in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, as evidence of the acceptance of the herein described property by the City for public use purpose
