RESOLUTION NO. 910221

 

 

Approving the reappointment of C. Harold Mann and Dr. William A. Robinson as trustees of the Metropolitan Ambulance Services Trust.

WHEREAS, the Mayor, subject to the approval of the Council, has reappointed C. Harold Mann, an attorney experienced in the legal aspects of the health care industry as required by the trust indenture of the Metropolitan Ambulance Services Trust, to complete a term expiring September 10, 1992; and

 

WHEREAS, the Mayor, subject to the approval of the Council, has reappointed Dr. William A. Robinson, M.D., a physician clinically experienced and currently involved in the full-time practice of emergency medicine, as required by the trust indenture of the Metropolitan Ambulance Services Trust, to complete a term expiring September 10, 1993; and

 

WHEREAS, the Council finds C. Harold Mann and Dr. William A. Robinson fully qualified to continue to serve as trustees of the Metropolitan Ambulance Services Trust; NOW, THEREFORE,

 

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

SECTION 1. That the Council hereby approves the reappointment of C. Harold Mann to the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan Ambulance Services Trust to complete a term to expire September 10, 1992.

 

SECTION 2. That the Council hereby approves the reappointment of Dr. William A. Robinson to the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan Ambulance Services Trust to complete a term to expire September 10, 1993.
