COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 160518

 

Approving a revised development plan for multiple principal structures to allow two (2) existing buildings to remain on one lot, on about .29 acres generally located at the southwest corner of W. 43rd Street and Belleview Avenue. (14693-P)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a revised development plan is hereby approved in District B3-2 (Business 3-2) on about .29 acres generally located at the southwest corner of W. 43rd Street and Belleview Avenue, for multiple principal structures to allow two (2) existing buildings to remain on one (1) lot, and more specifically described as follows:

 

1001-03-09 W. 43rd Street/Lots 43, 44, 45, and 46, Block 3, Bunker Hill.

 

A copy of said revised development plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk with this ordinance and is made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That this revised development plan does not allow a drive-thru, and any proposed drive-thru would require an amendment to this development plan.
