COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 911528

Approving the plat of Village Green Condominiums, an addition in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, and authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into an Offer to Dedicate Street Right of Way.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the plat of Village Green Condominiums, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby approved.

Section 2. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City entitled Offer to Dedicate Street Right of Way, a copy of which in substantial form is attached hereto and made a part hereof. Further, the City Clerk is directed to cause a copy of said agreement to be recorded with the plat.

Section 3. That the Council finds that the City Plan Commission has duly endorsed its approval of this Ordinance hereon.
