Accepting and approving a $6,673.26 contract amendment with the Missouri Department of Health that increases funding for the Sickle Cell Anemia Program services from $44,564.88 for a total contract amount of $51,238.14.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That a contract amendment between Kansas City, acting through its Director of Health, and the Missouri Department of Health, acting through its director of administration, whereby the State will increase funding for Sickle Cell Anemia Program services by $6,673.26 from $44,564.88 to $51,238.14, is hereby accepted and approved. A copy of the amendment, in substantial form, is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
