ORDINANCE NO. 941510

Changing the name of N.W. Waukomis Drive to N.W. 79th Street, from the west line of N. Green Hills Road in a westerly direction 162 feet west of the west line of The Coves East First Plat and for approximately 930 feet from the south line of The Coves Fifth Plat to the west line of The Coves Third Plat; and recognizing a change of a private street name in The Coves East Third Plat from N.W. 79th Street to N.W. 78th Court, all in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the name of N.W. Waukomis Drive from the west line of N. Green Hills Road in a westerly direction to 162 feet west of the west line of The Coves East First Plat and for approximately 930 feet from the south line of The Coves Fifth Plat to the west line of The Coves Third Plat shall be changed to N.W. 79th Street, all in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

Section 2. That the City hereby recognizes the change in the private street name of N.W. 79th Street in The Coves East Third Plat to the new name of N.W. 78th Court, all in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

Section 3. That these changes are indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Section 4. That existing traffic ordinances on these streets will remain in effect and will not be affected by the street name changes.
