Estimating revenue and appropriating $9,000.00 to the Police Department's North Patrol Division salary account to replace funds previously taken from that account.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the revenue in the General Fund is hereby estimated in the following additional amount of $9,000.00 in the following account:

96-100-021-8076 Reimbursement of Match for Missouri Drugfire Program $9,000.00

Section 2. That the sum of $9,000.00 is herein appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance of the General Fund to the following account in the General Fund:

96-100-021-2560-A North Patrol Division $9,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which to the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
