ORDINANCE NO. 900604

Authorizing the Mayor to execute a General Warranty Deed and acknowledgement statement to the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department for the dedication of permanent right-of-way and a temporary construction easement generally located west of I-435, east of Hickman Mills Drive and south of Bannister Road in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, for the construction of a drainage facility.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a General Warranty Deed and acknowledgement statement to the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department dedicating permanent right-of-way and a temporary construction easement for the construction of a drainage facility generally located west of I-435, east of Hickman Mills Drive and south of Bannister Road in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, and more specifically described in Appendix A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
