ORDINANCE NO. 041407

Releasing standard sewer easement located in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri and directing the City Clerk to record such release.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That part of a 15 (fifteen) foot wide standard sewer easement, as recorded by Document No. Q62731, Book 3389, page 400, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri is hereby released to its present owners, their heirs and assigns, and that the Director of Public Works, if so requested, is authorized to execute a quit claim deed to the present owners, their heirs and assigns, as further evidence thereof. Said standard sewer easement is described as follows:

A strip of land 15.00 feet wide in the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 52, Range 32, Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, lying 7.50 feet on each side of the following described centerline: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes 48 seconds East along the south line of said Southeast Quarter, 659.71 feet to the True Point of Beginning of said Centerline; thence North 0 degrees 30 minutes 46 seconds East, 694.52 feet to the Point of Termination.

Section 2. That upon the effective date of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri.
