ORDINANCE NO. 120324

 

Reducing appropriations in the amount of $117,000.00 in the Fourth Council District Contingency in the Capital Improvements Fund and appropriating that sum to Project No. 70122203; and designating requisitioning authority.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That an appropriation in the following account of the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby reduced by the following amount:

 

12-3090-878400-B-89009996 Fourth District Contingency $117,000.00

 

Section 2. That an appropriation in the following account of the Capital Improvements Fund is hereby increased by the following amount:

 

12-3090-708409-B-70122203 Brookside Blvd. Curbs/Walks $117,000.00

 

Section 3. That the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department is hereby designated as requisitioning authority for Account No. 12-3090-708409.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
