COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR RESOLUTION NO. 041266

 

Declaring it to be necessary to change and re-establish the grades on N. Congress Avenue from the north edge of the existing pavement on N.W. Barry Road (Sta. 40+02.02) , as now established, north approximately 3300 feet, all in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

 

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

That the Council finds and declares it necessary to change and re-establish the grades on N. Congress Avenue from the north edge of the existing pavement on N.W. Barry Road (Sta. 40+02.02), as now established, north, approximately 3300 feet, to make improvements to the drainage system, pavement, curbs and sidewalks; to make the improvements in accordance with the provisions of Section 224, Article VII of the Charter of Kansas City, and as shown on the plans 2004-234 on file in the Office of the Director of Public Works, and as evidenced by the Declaration of Necessity No. 5314, locating and defining the adjacent grade points on said street, on the baseline of the roadway, which shall be connected by straight grade (tangents) or vertical curves between such grade points, the elevations of which are herein given below in feet above the NAVD 1988 datum all in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri, as follows, to wit:

 

 

At the north edge of the pavement of NW Barry Road, as now established (Sta. 40+02.02)
