ORDINANCE NO. 080983

 

Amending Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, by repealing Sections 2-1075, 2-1076, 2-1077, 2-1078, 2-1079, and 2-1080, which provides for increases to the minimums and maximum salaries of the pay grades for M-class non-exempt hourly positions and those covered by the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Local 500 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, and increases the steps for all employees covered by Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Local 42 International Association of Fire Fighters.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1: That Article VIII of the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, relating to the Classification and Compensation Plan, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 2-1075, 2-1076, 2-1077, 2-1078, 2-1079, and 2-1080, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections of like numbers which provide for increases to the minimums and maximum salaries of the pay grades for M-class non-exempt hourly positions and those covered by the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Local 500 American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, and increases the steps for all employees covered by the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Local 42 International Association of Fire Fighters.

 

Sec. 2-1075. Salary schedules; pay grades therein.
