ORDINANCE NO. 960321

 

Approving an amendment to a previously approved preliminary plan in District MP (Planned Industrial District) on approximately a 20.33 acre tract of land generally located east of Winchester Avenue at E. 64th Court. (7763-MP-9)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved preliminary plan in District MP (Planned Industrial District) on approximately a 20.33 acre tract of land generally located east of Winchester Avenue at E. 64th Court, and more specifically described as follows:

 

Tracts A, B, C, D, E, F and Q, WINCHESTER BUSINESS CENTER, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, according to the recorded plat thereof. Note That Tract Q is the original East 64th Court right-of-way.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer submit covenants, conditions and restrictions to the Law Department for approval so as to insure maintenance of proposed Tract Q as a full

width access easement allowing access to all adjacent tracts.

 

2. That the developer grant an access easement to the City to provide for fire and police protection.

 

A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 960321, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
