ORDINANCE NO. 200363

 

Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute a Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement with Heartland Customer Solutions, LLC, to install communication conduit within City right-of-way located along the north side of 141st Street Terrace and the west side of Madison Avenue, from the Kansas-Missouri state line east to Madison Avenue and then north along Madison Avenue.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director Public Works is authorized to execute a twenty-five (25) year Non-Exclusive Revocable License Agreement with three (3) additional and successive five (5) year terms for installation of communication conduit within City owned right-of-way located along 141st Street Terrace, and along Madison Avenue, east of the Kansas-Missouri state line to Madison Avenue, and north of 141st Street Terrace along the east side of Bi-State Business Park Condominium. A copy of the agreement, in substantial form, is on file in the office of the Director of Public Works.
