Reestimating revenue in the
amount of $111,490.00 in the Impact Fee Fund; appropriating it to the South
Development Impact Fee account in the Impact Fee Fund; approving the
construction of the Hickman Mills Drive Improvements in the amount of
$96,510.00; authorizing a $2,989,800.00 First Supplement to the Municipal
Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission relating to
public improvements designated as Route I-470/I-435; authorizing the Director
of Public Works to expend $2,989,800.00 for the project; and directing the City
Clerk to file certain documents with the appropriate offices.
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section 1. That the
revenue in the following account of the Impact Fee Fund is hereby reestimated
in the following additional amount:
05-2430-890000-462860 South
Development Impact Fees $ 111,490.00
Section 2. That the
sum of $111,490.00 is hereby appropriated from the Unappropriated Fund Balance
of the Impact Fee Fund to the following account in the Impact Fee Fund:
05-2430-897626-B South
Development Impact Fee District $ 111,490.00
Section 3. That the
following recommendation of the South Development Impact Fee Benefit District
(District G) of $96,510.00 for construction of the Hickman Mills Drive Improvements
is hereby approved.
Section 4. That the
Director of Public Works is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to enter
into and execute, a $2,989,800.00 First Supplement to the Municipal Agreement
and a Utility Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation
Commission relating to a public improvement designated as Route I-470/I-435,
Jackson County, Council District 6, Project No. 8049, Job Nos. J4I0766K and
J4I0766L, for the design and construction of Hickman Mills Drive improvements,
and pedestrian path along Heart Grover Creek and Hickman Mills Drive. The
agreements, in substantial form, shall be attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
Section 5. That
the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to expend the sum of
$2,989,800.00 from funds previously appropriated to the following Account Nos.
for the aforesaid agreement.

Section 6. That the
City Clerk is hereby directed to file a copy of this ordinance, together with
the agreements, with the Office of the Secretary of State of Missouri and with the
Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri, together with all other
relevant documents.

there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation
to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance,
otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which
