ORDINANCE NO. 190220

 

Rezoning a 133.87 acre tract of land generally located at 14600 E. 56th Street from Districts R-7.5 and R-80 to District R-80. (CD-CPC-2019-00014)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That Chapter 88, Code of Ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as the Zoning and Development Code, is hereby amended by enacting a new section to be known as Section 88-20A1170, rezoning an area of approximately 133.87 acres generally located at 14600 E. 56th Street from Districts R-7.5 (Residential 7.5) and R-80 (Residential 80) to District R-80 (Residential 80), said section to read as follows:

 

Section 88-20A1170. That an area legally described as:

 

Part of Sec 36 Twp-49 Rng-32 all NE 1/4 SW 1/4 sd sec & all NW 1/4 SW 1/4 sd sec ly ely of aband rr r/w also E 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sd sec & all SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sd sec also prt NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Sec 35 49 32 ly nely of aband rr r/w/

 

Kansas City Parcel ID#: 64257

 

Jackson County Parcel ID#: 33-700-03-11-00-0-00-000

 

is hereby rezoned from Districts R-7.5 (Residential 7.5) and R-80 (Residential 80) to District R-80 (Residential 80), all as shown outlined on a map marked Section 88-20A1170, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and which is hereby adopted as a part of an amendment to the zoning maps constituting a part of said chapter and in accordance with Section 88-20 thereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning and Development Code have been given and had.
