Approving a $25,000.00 contract with the Heartland All Species Project, Inc. for the 1992 Earth Day Celebration from the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund (Fourth Council District).

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a $25,000.00 contract with the Heartland All Species Project, Inc. for the 1992 Earth Day Celebration from funds previously appropriated in the Neighborhood Tourist Development Fund to Activity No. 35-95315B (Fourth Council District), which contract is hereby approved in substantial form as that attached hereto.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
