Authorizing execution of the First Amendment to the Use and Lease Agreement with Comair, Inc., at Kansas City International Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute the First Amendment to the Use and Lease Agreement with Comair, Inc., at Kansas City International Airport in order that the terms and conditions of the Use and Lease Agreement be extended to April 30, 2005. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
