RESOLUTION NO. 140580

Appointing replacement public directors to the Kansas City Streetcar Authority.

WHEREAS, the Kansas City Streetcar Authority is currently governed by a thirteen member board, four of which are to be appointed by the City Council; and

WHEREAS, two vacancies will exist effective August 2, 2014, due to the expiration of such members’ terms; and

WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to reappoint those board members whose terms are expiring so that they may continue to serve in such capacity; NOW, THEREFORE,

  BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

That the following persons are hereby reappointed to the board of the Kansas City Streetcar Authority, each to serve an additional two (2) year term:

Liz Serpa-Flook
