Approving and confirming a contract with the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority for the City to provide the Authority with various legal services for a one year period commencing July 1, 1991.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, providing for the City, through the City Attorney, to provide legal services to the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority for a one year period commencing July 1, 1991, is hereby approved and confirmed.
