ORDINANCE NO. 081096

 

Approving a contract with DeLaSalle Education Center in the amount of $5,000.00 for an event and project from the Neighborhood Tourist and Development Fund.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is authorized to execute a contract in the total amount of $5,000.00 with the following agency in the respective amount for the Neighborhood Tourist and Development Fund project and event from funds previously appropriated in Account No. 09-2350-672100-B. This contract is hereby approved, in substantial form, as that on file in the Neighborhood and Community Services Department:
