COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR ORDINANCE NO. 041330

 

Authorizing a Utility Relocation Agreement between the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and Kansas City, in connection with the redevelopment of property requiring the relocation of sewer and water utility lines, streetlights, and related facilities located south of Memorial Drive between Main Street and Wyandotte Street.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Directors of Water Services and Public Works are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, a Utility Relocation Agreement running with the land with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, in connection with the redevelopment of property requiring the relocation of sewer and water utility lines, streetlights, and related facilities located south of Memorial Drive between Main Street and Wyandotte Street. A copy of said agreement is on file in the offices of the Director of Water Services and Public Works.
