ORDINANCE NO. 081060
Amending Ordinance No. 011323
passed October 4, 2001, which reestablished Sewer District No. 22092 by
repealing and reenacting Section 2 thereof and reestablishing Sewer District
No. 22092, generally located in the vicinity of N.E. 88th Street and N. Lathrop Avenue, in Sewer Division 22, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Section
2 of Ordinance No. 011323 contained a clerical error in the description of the
said Sewer District boundary, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That
Ordinance No. 011323 is hereby amended by repealing Section 2 thereof, and
enacting a new section of like subject reestablishing Sewer District No. 22092,
to wit:
Section
2. That Sewer District No. 22092, in Sewer Division 22, in Kansas City, Clay
County, Missouri, is hereby reestablished the boundary line of which is
described as follows, to wit:
Beginning
at the northeast corner of Lot 31, Resurvey of Lot 1 and part of Lot 2,
Gashland Suburbs, a subdivision in Clay County, Missouri; thence northerly
along the east line of Windrose subdivision in Clay County, Missouri, a
distance of 194.09 feet to the intersection with the centerline of the Shoal
Creek Interceptor sewer; thence south 55 50 00 east along said centerline a
distance of 293.26 feet; thence south 62 2 30 east along said centerline a
distance of 464.67 feet; thence southwesterly to the northeast corner of Lot 1,
Frederick Acres First Plat, a subdivision in Clay County, Missouri; thence
southwesterly along the east line of said lot and its southerly prolongation
to the intersection with the centerline of NE 88th Street; thence
westerly and northwesterly along said centerline to its intersection with the
centerline of N Lathrop Drive; thence northeasterly along the centerline of N
Lathrop Drive to its intersection with the westerly prolongation of the South
line of Lot 31, Resurvey of Lot 1 and part of Lot 2, Gashland Suburbs
subdivision; thence east along said westerly prolongation to the east
right-of-way line of the cul-de-sac; thence northwesterly along said
right-of-way line a distance of 35.94 feet; thence northeasterly to a point on
the north line of said Lot 31, said point being 80 feet west of the northeast
corner of said lot; thence east along said north line to the point of
beginning.
Section B. That
all sections of Ordinance No. 011323 not repealed and reenacted above shall
remain effective.
