ORDINANCE NO. 051315

 

Authorizing a First Amendment to The Paradies Shops, Inc., news, gift and specialty retail concessions agreement at the Kansas City International Airport.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to enter into a First Amendment with The Paradies Shops, Inc., a news, gift and specialty retail concession agreement at the Kansas City International Airport to decrease the minimal annual guarantee (MAG) for the initial year only. A copy of this amendment is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

 

Section 2. That the revenue estimate in the following account of the KCI Airports Fund, No. 8300, is hereby reduced by the following amount:

 

06-8300-620000-470120 Terminal Area Concessions $191,000.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
