Approving an amendment to a
previously approved development plan in District CPO-2 on approximately 11.435
acres, generally located west of Blue Parkway and north of 65th Street, for the
purpose of deleting approximately 3.0 acres from said development plan.

BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:
Section A. That
an amendment to a previously approved development plan in District CPO-2
(Planned Administrative, Professional and Research Office District) on
approximately 11.435 acres, generally located west of Blue Parkway and north of
65th Street, and more specifically described as follows:
TRACT I:
(North Tract) All that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 6, Township 48, Range 32, in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri,
described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said 1/4 1/4
Section; thence North 893145 West, along the South line of said 1/4 1/4
Section, a distance of 874.20 feet, to a point 450 feet East of the Southwest
corner of said 1/4 1/4 Section, said point also being the Southeast corner of a
tract of land described in Book B-267 at Page 414, in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds for Jackson County, Missouri; thence due North and parallel
to the West line of said 1/4 1/4 Section, along the East line of the above
mentioned tract of land, a distance of 217.40 feet, to the true point of
beginning of the tract of land to be herein described, thence continuing due
North along said East line, a distance of 547.60 feet; thence South 893145
East, and parallel to the South line of said 1/4 1/4 Section, a distance of

Ordinance have been given and had.
