Authorizing a Grant of Right of Way Agreement with Missouri Gas Energy, granting an easement for a gas service line at the Prospect Road Pumping Station site.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water and Pollution Control is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of City, a Grant of Right of Way Agreement with Missouri Gas Energy, granting an easement for a gas service line at the Prospect Road Pumping Station. Said agreement is to be in a form substantially as that attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
