ORDINANCE NO. 120650

Approving Amendment No. 1 with Tetra Tech, Inc., for Birmingham WWTP Disinfection Phase II; and authorizing the Director of Water Services to expend approximately $123,600.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services Department is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, a $123,599.00 Amendment No. 1, Contract No. 1019, Project No. 81000542, Birmingham WWTP Disinfection Phase II. A copy of the amendment is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.

Section 2. That the Director of Water Services is authorized to expend up to $123,599.00 from Account No. AL-8183-808081-B-611040, Water & Sewer CD1, to satisfy the cost of this amendment.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
