ORDINANCE NO. 010833

 

Accepting various deeds and easements to the City of Kansas City, Missouri for the N. Flintlock (Phase 1B-1) T.I.F. project, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, and directing the City Clerk to record the acceptance.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That various easements and deeds to the City of Kansas City, Missouri in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, pertaining to the widening, grading and paving of N. Flintlock Road (Phase 1B-1), South of Highway 152, executed by the following parties, and which appear of record as the instrument numbers and respective books and pages as follows:

 

1. Special Warranty Deed from Zion Securities Corporation, Instrument No. Q16068, Book 3202, Page 112;

 

2. General Warranty Deed from 152 & I-35 Investors, L.P., Instrument No. Q16069, Book 3202, Page 114. (Document includes Right-of-way, Permanent Drainage Easement, Permanent Slope Easement and Temporary Easement for construction.);

 

3. General Warranty Deed from 152 & I-35 Investors, L.P., Instrument No. Q28571, Book 3243, Page 623 (Document includes Right-of-way, Permanent Slope Easement and Temporary Easement for construction.);

 

4. Standard Sewer Easement (Includes Construction & Maintenance) from Guaranty Bancshares Corporation, Instrument No. Q16074, Book 3202, Page 126;

 

5. Permanent Drainage Easement, Slope Easement and Temporary Construction Easement for Highway Purposes from Zions Securities Corporation, Instrument No. Q16067, Book 3202, Page 109;

 

6. Storm Drainage Easement (Correctional Document) from Guaranty Bancshares Corporation, Instrument No. Q23503, Book 3226, Page 209;

 

7. Grading Easement/Grading Consent from Guaranty Bancshares Corporation, Instrument No. Q16072, Book 3202, Page 122;

 

8. Temporary Easement from Wild Oak L.L.C., Instrument No. Q23504, Book 3226, Page 211;

 

9. Temporary Easement from Guaranty Bancshares Corporation, Instrument No. Q23502, Book 3226, Page 207;

 


10. Temporary Easement from Wild Oak, L.L.C., Instrument No. Q16076, Book 3202 Page 129;

all recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty, are hereby accepted.

 

Section 2. That the legal descriptions for such properties listed in Section 1 are set forth in 10 exhibits which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

 

Section 3. That upon the effective date of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause this ordinance to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Clay County, Missouri, at Liberty.
