ORDINANCE NO. 180816

Authorizing a new Reciprocal Emergency Water Sales Agreement between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Water District Number 1 of Johnson County, Kansas.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute a new Reciprocal Emergency Water Sales Agreement between the City of Kansas City, Missouri and Water District Number 1 of Johnson County, Kansas that replaces and supersedes all previous agreements for Reciprocal Emergency Water Sales between Kansas City, Missouri and Water District Number 1 of Johnson County, Kansas. A copy of the agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.
