ORDINANCE NO. 000507

Authorizing Indemnification Agreements Running with the Land between Kansas City and Richmond Investors and between Kansas City and Spurck allowing construction of structures over and in proximity to existing sewer easements.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, an Indemnification Agreement Running with the Land between Kansas City and Richmond Investors allowing construction of a building addition at 1501 West 29th Street over and across an existing sewer easement. A copy of said Agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.

Section 2. That the Director of Water Services is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of Kansas City, an Indemnification Agreement Running with the Land between Kansas City and Spurck Construction Inc. allowing construction of a wood deck addition to the rear of the structure located on Lot 119 Summit Wood 3rd Plat on East 76th Street in Kansas City, Missouri. A copy of said Agreement is on file in the office of the Director of Water Services.
