Authorizing a pipeline permit with the Burlington Northern Railroad for the crossing of their property by the Line Creek Sewage Force Main.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Water and Pollution Control is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of City, a pipeline permit for the crossing of the Burlington Northern Railroad by the Line Creek Sewage Force Main.
