ORDINANCE NO. 050038

 

To establish Sewer District No. 20021, in Sewer Division No. 20, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, being generally located in the vicinity of N.E. 55th Street and N.E. Meadowbrook Rd.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That Sewer District No. 20021, in Sewer Division 20, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, is hereby established, the boundary lines of which are described as follows, to-wit:

 

Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of N Cambridge Avenue and N.E. 52nd Street on the south line of the northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 51 North, Range 32 West, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri; thence north along the centerline of N Cambridge Avenue to its intersection with the easterly prolongation of the north line of Lot 122 Meadowbrook a subdivision in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri; thence northeasterly along a straight line to the southwest corner of a tract of land described as the east half of the south half of Lot 114 and the north half of Lot 113, said subdivision; thence north along the west line of said tract of land to the intersection with the north line of said Lot 113; thence north along the west line (east 175 feet) of the east half of Lots 114, and 115, said subdivision, to the north line of Lot 115; thence east along said north line to the southeast corner of Lot 111, said subdivision; thence north along the east line of said lot and its northerly prolongation to its intersection with the centerline of NE 54th Street; thence east along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of NE Meadowbrook Road; thence northeasterly along said centerline to its intersection with the westerly prolongation of the north line of Lot 42, said subdivision; thence southeasterly along said prolongation and the north line to the northwest corner of Lot 91, said subdivision; thence easterly along the north line of said lot to the northeast corner thereof; thence southwesterly along the east line of said lot to the intersection with the centerline of N Bristol Avenue; thence southwesterly along said centerline to its intersection with the prolongation of the north line of Lot 103, said subdivision; thence west along said prolongation and the north line of said lot to a point 175.61 feet west of the northeast corner of said lot; thence south along a line parallel to the east line of said Lot 103; thence southerly along said parallel line to the north line of Lot 104, said subdivision; thence south along a straight line to a point on the north line of Lot 105, said subdivision, 159.4 feet west of the northeast corner thereof; thence south along a straight line to a point on the south line of said lot, 143 feet west of the southeast corner thereof; thence south along the prolongation of said line to the centerline of NE 52nd Street, said centerline being also the south line of the northeast quarter of Section 33, Township 51 North, Range 32 West; thence west along said centerline and south line to the point of beginning.
