Authorizing Master Site Lease No. DTFA09-91-L-10514 with the Federal Aviation Administration for runway markers at Richards-Gebaur Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Acting Director of Aviation is hereby

authorized to execute Master Site Lease No. DTFA09-91-L-10514 with the Federal Aviation Administration for the Middle and Outer Marker Sites for Runway 36 at Richards-Gebaur Airport. The lease will be effective December 1, 1990 through September 30, 1991 and can be renewed automatically by the Government on a year to year basis for 20 years.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and

obligations as set forth in the Agreement are hereby approved.
