ORDINANCE NO. 941533

Authorizing a $75,000.00 contract with Franklin Wrecking for demolition of a dangerous building located at 1007 E. Linwood Boulevard.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Neighborhood and Community Services is hereby authorized to enter into a contract, on behalf of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, with Franklin Wrecking in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00 from funds previously herein appropriated to Account No. 95-100-057-2340 Dangerous Building Demolition, for demolition of a dangerous building located at 1007 E. Linwood Boulevard.

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
