ORDINANCE NO. 950523

Authorizing the Seventy-First Supplemental Federal Aid Urban Program Agreement with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission relating to intersection signal improvements at Seventy-Fifth and Wornall Road.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute on behalf of the City, an agreement between the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission and the City of Kansas City, a municipal corporation of the State of Missouri, relating to the signalization improvements, geometric revisions and left turn lanes on Wornall Road at Seventy-Fifth Street, FAU Grant No. STP-STPG-3351(405), Project No. 4043. The agreement shall be essentially in the form which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
