ORDINANCE NO. 911517

 

Approving the preliminary plat of the Amended Plat of Conder Place on a 2 1/2 acre tract of land located on the south side of Red Bridge Road, on both sides of Wyandotte Court.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That the preliminary plat of the Amended Plat of Conder Place on a 2 1/2 acre tract of land located on the south side of Red Bridge Road, on both sides of Wyandotte Court, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All of Conder Place, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions:

 

1. That the developer petition for the vacation of the existing plat.

 

2. That the developer cause the area to be replatted and processed in accordance with Chapter 31, Code of General

Ordinances of Kansas City, Missouri, commonly known as

the Subdivision Regulations and that the private street

be delineated as a separate tract.

 

3. That the developer submit private covenants to provide for the maintenance of the private street.

 

4. That the developer install a private street sign.

 

5. That the developer grant a water main easement on the new plat.

 

6. That the developer provide access for the Fire and Police Departments on the private street.

 

7. That the developer locate the electronic gate 25 feet further south to allow vehicles to be entirely off of Red

Bridge Road at the gate.

 

A copy of said preliminary plat is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 911517, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed preliminary plat hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Subdivision Regulations have been given and had.
