ORDINANCE NO. 090002

Authorizing a Cooperative Agreement with the Curators of the University of Missouri on behalf of the University of Missouri-Kansas City for the construction of public sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and drive approaches fronting and abutting properties owned by the Curators of the University of Missouri and the UMKC Trustees.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into and execute, on behalf of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, a Cooperative Agreement with the Curators of the University of Missouri on behalf of the University of Missouri-Kansas City for the construction of public sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and drive approaches fronting and abutting properties owned by the Curators of the University of Missouri and the UMKC Trustees by identifying specific items of construction and designating the party responsible for administering the design and construction activity for certain areas set forth in the agreement
