Authorizing a revision to the license with the U.S. Department of Commerce for the Automated Surface Observing System relocation at KCI Airport.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the Director of Aviation is hereby authorized to execute a second revision to the License for Use of Real Property for the Lease and Agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce for the Weather Service Facility at Kansas City International Airport. A copy of the license is on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Section 2. That the terms, conditions, privileges and obligations as set forth in said license are hereby approved.
