ORDINANCE NO. 900548, AS AMENDED

 

Amending a previously approved development plan in District PD/R-5 on a 4.8 acre tract of land located north of 84th Street between State Line Road and Ward Parkway. (8015-PD/24)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That an amendment to a previously approved development plan in District PD/R-5 on a 4.8 acre tract of land located north of 84th Street between State Line Road and Ward Parkway, and more specifically described as follows:

 

All of Ward Parkway Office Park North, 2nd Plat, a subdivision in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri.

 

is hereby approved, subject to the following condition:

 

1. That the developer submit a landscaping plan and identify all existing and proposed planting materials by type,

size and number.

 

A copy of said amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk under Document No. 900548, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

 

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
