ORDINANCE NO. 950747

 

Authorizing an agreement between Kansas City and the Missouri Department of Health to support the tuberculosis outreach activities in Kansas City, for a one year period for which the City will receive $48,672.00; reducing revenue in the sum of $4,373.00; and appropriating said sum to the Epidemiological Services Fund.

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section 1. That an agreement between Kansas City and the Missouri Department of Health, to support the tuberculosis outreach activities in Kansas City, for the period of July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996, for which the City will receive $48,672.00 is hereby authorized. A copy of the agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.

 

Section 2. That the following revenue account is hereby reduced in the following amount:

 

96-100-050-7281 96 TB Outreach $4,373.00

 

Section 3. That the following appropriation account is hereby reduced in the following amount:

 

96-100-050-2400-A Epidemiological Services $4,373.00

I hereby certify that there is a balance, otherwise unencumbered, to the credit of the appropriation to which the foregoing expenditure is to be charged, and a cash balance, otherwise unencumbered, in the treasury, to the credit of the fund from which payment is to be made, each sufficient to meet the obligation hereby incurred.
