ORDINANCE NO. 041385

Authorizing an increase in the contingency amount for an Agreement with Black & Veatch for Project No. 20010077 - Building Upgrade at 533 Mexico City Avenue at Kansas City International Airport in the amount of $200,000.00.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That the contract contingency with Black & Veatch for Project No. 20010077 - Building Upgrade at 533 Mexico City Avenue at Kansas City International Airport is hereby increased by $200,000.00. Full funding for this contingency was previously appropriated to the Kansas City Airports Fund in Account No. 05-8300-627270-B-62010077 for work to be performed under the aforesaid contract. A copy of the contract is filed in the office of the City Clerk.
