Approving a Council Approved Signage Plan for a medical office park, on about 11.27 acres generally located at the northeast corner of N.W. 110th Terrace and N. Ambassador Drive. (6517-P-33)

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

 

Section A. That a Council Approved Signage Plan is hereby approved in zoning District B3-3 (Business 3-3) on the following described property to allow for multiple monument and directional signs for a medical office park:

 

Lots 8 and 9, Executive Hills North, 2nd Plat, a subdivision in Kansas City, Platte County, Missouri.

Section B. That the Council finds and declares that before taking any action on the proposed amendment hereinabove, all public notices and hearings required by the Zoning Ordinance have been given and had.
