ORDINANCE NO. 000884

To reestablish Sewer District No. 17004, generally located at N.E. 37th Terrace and N. Olive Avenue, and repealing Section 1 of Ordinance No. 980768, passed July 9, 1998, establishing Sewer District No. 17004, all in Sewer Division 17, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KANSAS CITY:

Section 1. That Sewer District No. 17004 in Sewer Division 17 in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, is hereby reestablished, the boundary lines of which are described as follows, to wit:

Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Prather Hill; thence northerly along the northerly prolongation of the west line of said Lot 1 to the point of intersection with the centerline of N.E. 37th Terrace; thence easterly along said centerline to the point of intersection with the centerline of N. Prospect Avenue; thence northerly along said centerline to the point of intersection with the westerly prolongation of the north line of Lot 101, Brookwood; thence easterly along said westerly prolongation and the north line of Lots 101 and 100, Brookwood, to the northeast corner of said Lot 100; thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 100 to the northwest corner of Lot 83, Brookwood; thence southeasterly along the northerly line of said Lot 83 and the southeasterly prolongation thereof to the point of intersection with the centerline of N. Montgall; thence south along the centerline of N. Montgall to the point of intersection with the centerline of N.E. 37th Terrace; thence southeasterly along the centerline of N. Montgall to the point of intersection with the westerly prolongation of the north line of Lot 61, Brookwood; thence easterly along said westerly prolongation and the north line of Lot 61, Brookwood, to the northeast corner of said Lot 61; thence southerly along the east line of Lots 61 and 54, Brookwood, to the point of intersection with the south line of the northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 50 North, Range 32 West; thence westerly along the said south quarter section line, which is also the south line of Brookwood, to the southwest corner of the said quarter section, which is also the southwest corner of Lot 57, Brookwood; thence northerly along the west line of Section 7 to the point of intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the northeast line of Lot 3, Block 2, The Hills of Rock Creek, 3rd Plat; thence northwesterly along said southeasterly prolongation and said northeast line to the northwest corner of said Lot 3, said subdivision; thence northwesterly along the north boundary line of Lot 2, said subdivision, to the northwest corner thereof; thence continuing westerly along the north line of Lot 1, said subdivision, to the northwest corner thereof; thence westerly along the westerly prolongation of the north line of said Lot 1, to the point of intersection with the northerly prolongation of the west line of Lot 1, Block 1, The Hills of Rock Creek, 3rd Plat; thence northerly along said northerly prolongation a distance of 25.00 feet; thence westerly a distance of 283.00 feet to the point of intersection with the north line of N.E. 36th Terrace and the east line of N. Olive Avenue; thence continuing westerly along the westerly prolongation of the north line of N.E. 36th Terrace to the point of intersection with the centerline of N. Olive Avenue; thence northerly along

said centerline to the point of intersection with the westerly prolongation of the south line of Lot 2, Pine Ridge; thence easterly along said westerly prolongation and said south line to the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence northerly along the east lines of said Lot 2 and Lot 1, Pine Ridge, to the northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence westerly along the north line of said Lot 1 and its westerly prolongation to the point of intersection with the centerline of N. Olive Avenue; thence northerly along said centerline to the point of intersection with the easterly prolongation of the south line of Lot 1, Prather Hill; thence westerly along said easterly prolongation of said south line and the south line of said Lot 1 to the southwest corner thereof; thence northerly along the west line of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning.

Section 2. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 980768, passed July 9, 1998, establishing Sewer District No. 17004, in Division 17, in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, is hereby repealed.

The Sewer District herein proposed and this ordinance are recommended for approval and passage this _____ day of _________________ , 2000.
